Red, pink and purple stripes are created using default pen tool, motion blur effects and warp transform tool. As always it’s available in a very high resolution, and smaller preview sizes. I can’t, it’s too large. You can easily alter it. Paste the hair artwork (white background one) to #666666 background, and apply “Darken” (dropdown menu in the layers pallete) layer style to the “hair” layer.
